There was always something that grabbed me about Lestat de Lioncourt and Marius de Romanus as characters - perhaps it was the fact they had substance. But the only thing that grabbed me about Bella Swan was the fact she had absolutely no personality whatsoever. .:: Artist Critique ::. As I have said before, and I am sure there will be more need of it here, these stamps are for my own personal amusement and that of my friends. I have noted frequently that I do not care for Meyer's fictions, I lean more towards the works of Anne Rice. Bella Swan just seemed to me a little bit too dull and predictable as a character... The entire thing was a bit too teen-fantasy for my liking I am afraid. Twilight, in my opinion, is the ultimate badly-written fan-fiction. Meyer just seems to jot down her wishes from her childhood, or even now as an adult.
